Overview: Khamar Monastery founded in 1820, was an important
Red Hat sect Buddhist monastic, cultural, and education center in Mongolias
Gobi Desert region until its destruction in 1937. It is located in
Khatanbulag district,
Dornogovi Province, approximately 47 km south of the provincial capital
Sainshand. Khamar Monastery is the spiritual, strongest energy center of world.

Detailed itinerary:
Day 1. Drive to Dornogobi province. Visit Danzanravjaas museum. Danzanravjaas museum exhibits several of his original artistic works as well as manuscripts, old books, religious artefacts, theatrical costumes, personal belongings and other items displaying his life and work. After dinner see the sunset from mountain Khan bayan zurkh. The most famous Gobi mountain. Locals call it wish-fullfilling mountain. Overnight in a tourist camp. (L, D)
Day 2. Early morning see the sunrise. Visit energy center, 108 cave of meditation. The 108 caves in Dornogovi province where monk and poet Dulduityn Danzanravjaa used to meditate for 108 days. After breakfast visit Khamar monastery. Khamar monastery is the spiritual, strongest energy center of the world. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. (B, L, D)
